I have a white iPhone 5, 8GB up for urgent sale.

The phone needs a U2 IC chip replacement… As soon as the battery runs empty the phone dies completely, the only way to get it on again is if you charge the battery in a different phone.. so I keep it charged and I make sure it doesn’t run empty. Other than the chip the phone is in mint condition and well looked after.

I saw that the chip can be imported on ebay for about $10

I replaced the battery last year and also the lock button. Phone can either be fixed or used as spares.
