Our call center department is currently looking for Call Centre representatives to join our team.( Inbound & Customer Service). We need people who are vibrant, hardworking and able to work with less or No Supervision. Full training provided to those with No experience.
DUTIES
Making calls to prospective customers
maintaining Company Database
Answering incoming calls from both existing and New Clients.
Providing technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 11 ,12.
Other academic qualification is an added advantage
Good communication skills.
Good attitude.
Ability to work with No supervision ( Self Driven).
