Sales reps needed will be responsible to sell and supply labour compliance products and services to companies.

Legal Rescue is a new legal compliance company situated in Benoni Eastrand and also in Sandton. We have lawyers, legal consultants, former union workers and advocates within the company. We are currently looking for 20 sales reps to start mid November 2018.

1. Training is provided for quick learning and implementation

2. Matric not compulsory but will be an advantage in your application

3. Ages from 21 to 35 with an exception that you can meet the below requirements

4. Experience in sales will be an advantage

5. Fluent in english is fully required no exceptions will be made

6. Must be from Eastrand or mobile if you are from outside of Ekurhuleni

7. Strong and resilient sales skills are needed

8. Disciplined and decision making abilities are needed

9. Confidence and well grooming is expected and no exceptions will be tolerated

10. Able to take instruction and deliver the required result

11. Able to speak to anyone and adapt to any level of communication

12. Honest and reliable

13. Candidates will be working in pairs so team work is a required skill

14. Able to travel and work on a different province for 1 week once a month(accommodation, transport and food will be organised by the company)

15. Able to walk and climb multiple stairs a day.

16. Excellent communication is required

17. Opportunities to exceed the sales job and achieve and grow in other departments within the company

18. Able to work professionally without supervision

18. No weekend work strictly from Monday to Friday 9 to 4

Daily responsibilities will be:

1. Cold calling

2. Travelling for business(transport will be provided only to the destination of work)

3. Short training and introduction of legal compliance to clients

4. Telemarketing

5. Making orders to the office and making sure everything is delivered on time

6. Making appointments for senior management with decision makers of companies

7. Updating your personal records to track your performance

8. Following up on existing clients and all that are in the database

9. Creating a weekly database which will be monitored by management

10. IMPORTANT: meeting the target weekly and monthly.

Target expected:

1. 25 units of labour compliance per week

2. 10 services/contract for employers(companies)

UP TO 40% BONUSES EVERY WEEK FOR EXCEEDING THE TARGET

– Upon a successful interview you will be given uniform and company identity card for formal introduction in the field of work and admission into the company premises.

– You will be required to always be in the uniform and keep yourself presentable

– The contract is fixed term and upon the end, management will decide on who to hire on permanent basis should there be available positions
